Autonomous material handlers and warehouse robots dynamically deliver parts to production cells, avoiding spatial obstacles and people, and then transport the finished product. This technology is one of the fastest and most effective answers to the shortage of forklift workers, which also radically reduces damage and accidents related to the human factor.
- Automated and semi-automated warehouse systems: Automated warehouses (AS/RS) – whether palletized, crated or racked – make the most of available space. Robotic storage and retrieval increases storage density and virtually eliminates picking errors.
- Identification technology and software integration: Physical movement is uncontrollable and even impossible without intelligent software. Machine vision (HIKROBOT Machine Vision) integrated into our systems, as well as advanced warehouse management (WMS) and material flow control (MFC) software, guarantee deterministic evaluation. Logistics data is immediately synchronized with the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, so that stock levels can be tracked in real time and with pinpoint accuracy.
