We have no communication gap between the design engineer and the machining specialist. Mechanical design (CAD) and manufacturing preparation (CAM) are a single integrated, in-house process. Our engineers and highly skilled CNC workers are in constant communication, so that Design for Manufacturing and cost-effectiveness are already at the drawing board. We design and machine parts that perform their function without unnecessary material waste and unnecessarily complicated machining, with the lowest possible chance of error.

As with electrical control cabinets, we believe in measurable, documented quality for mechanical components. We subject the finished components to strict, often automated, dimensional and surface checks. This ensures that during the assembly phase, the focus is only on perfect fit and functional testing, avoiding subsequent, forced modifications.
