Production of custom welding electrodes

The basic requirement for quality resistance welding is a durable electrode that is suitable for the given task. Konkoly Electro undertakes the precision manufacturing of individual electrodes (and, if required, the corresponding electrode holders) in accordance with the specifications of the product to be welded.

• Design and materials: We work with materials that meet the highest industrial requirements. Our range includes special copper electrodes (e.g. elmedur copper alloys), tungsten-inlaid copper electrodes, and full tungsten electrodes.
• Application: Automotive, metalworking and electronics production lines, where weld quality, high heat resistance and long electrode life are critical in robotic or manual spot welding processes.
